    I wasn't able to read the article even though I created an account in Springerlinks. I did find the article, but to view it or print it out was not allowed. The respond is: " secured site". I was able to view the article in the BU lab room and I thought I'd be able from my community school. Anyhow, I will add my comments to it once I have chance to read the article. Just to comment on the title itself, I agree, as a teacher technology is the way to move since a lot of students use tech as their way of getting around! As a teacher, you need to take precautionary steps on the 5 w's. The internet does provide the information in a split second and is very valuable tool, teachers can have.
